Lisa Williams was born in Baltimore, Maryland, where she studied at Villa Julie College and Harford Community College. She relocated to the Gainesville area in 2006, where she has since built her real estate career and strong local ties.
Now an Associate Broker, Lisa brings a wealth of experience and a results driven approach to every transaction. She specializes in rural properties across Hall, Dawson, Lumpkin, Pickens, Gilmer, Banks, and Jackson counties, including acreage, farms, and homes in smaller communities. Her deep understanding of these markets, combined with strategic marketing, allows her to effectively position and sell unique properties.
In addition to traditional real estate services, Lisa works closely with an investor focused on foreclosure acquisitions. She plays a key role in the due diligence process leading up to foreclosure auctions, including research, property analysis, and risk evaluation. This experience provides her with valuable insight into distressed properties and investment opportunities, which she brings to her clients.
Lisa is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She also holds the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification and the Seller Representative Specialist designation SRS, giving her clients an added level of expertise in complex transactions and seller representation.
With over 25 years of experience in marketing, Lisa’s background includes roles as a Designer, Creative Director, and Marketing Specialist. Her strength lies in combining creativity with practical execution, helping to market properties effectively and maximize exposure for her clients.
Outside of real estate, Lisa is passionate about dog sports, including dock diving, and enjoys training her German Shepherd Dog and Border Collie. She is actively involved in the sport as President of Dixie DockDogs and values the connections and community that come with both her professional and personal pursuits.
